Forms are available at the VA website, www.vba. MILITARY TUITION ASSISTANCE (TA) Active duty military students may be eligible for tuition assistance benefits. Students should contact their local Education Center for eligibility require- ments and further assistance. TA forms must be completed and processed before mailing to the University. OTHER ASSISTANCE Troy University accepts tuition and education funding vouchers from Civil Service agencies (DD Form 1556), Department of Labor, as well as other civilian and military organizations. Applicable vouchers must be submit- ted to the University at the time of registration. //PAYMENTS Pay Online Troy University is pleased to offer online account payment using Trojan Web Express. Students may view their account balance and pay online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards or via eChecks. Simply log into Trojan Web Express using your username and password and look for the “Make a Payment” link located under the “Financial Profile” section of the “Webadvisor for Students” menu. If you are new to Trojan Web Express, you can obtain your username by click- ing the “What’s my user ID?” link on the “Webadvisor for Students” menu. Your initial password is the last four digits of your Social Security Number. You will be prompted to select a new password when you attempt to log in for the first time.
