Required Training

As part of the University's commitment to maintaining an environment that is free from harassment and discrimination, the Human Resources Department provides a training program designed to educate employees of their rights and responsibilities regarding university policies on harassment and discrimination. All employees are required to complete this approved training program annually. New employees are required to complete this training within the first 30 days of employment. Workplace Learning Prevention: Fundamentals

Troy University is committed to educating employees regarding Federal Laws that affect both students and faculty/staff in a higher education environment. The Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act (SaVE Act) is a mandate that applies to all higher education institutions participating in financial aid programs under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965. All employees are required to complete the Campus SaVE Act training module through United Educators EduRisk Learning Portal by following the link below.
