Payment at the time of registration is not required. All students will receive a statement from Troy University after the registration period. All payments from students need to be mailed directly to the main site. Secure on-line credit card payments and account information can be accessed through Trojan Web Express.
Troy University is pleased to offer online account payment using Trojan Web Express. Students may now view their account balance and pay online using Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards. Simply login to Trojan Web Express using your User Name and Password and look for the “Make a Payment” link located under the Financial Profile section of the “Webadvisor for Students” menu.
If you are new to Trojan Web Express, you can obtain your username by clicking the “What’s my user ID?” link on the “Webadvisor for Students” menu. Your initial password is the last 4 digits of your social security number. You will be prompted to select a new password when logging in for the first time. Password problems can be resolved by calling 1-800-227-4051.
Questions regarding your account balance should be directed to your local business office.
If payment is not received, financial holds will be applied that prevent future registration, readmission, and release of transcripts and diplomas.
All payments are made to Troy Campus finance office. Students can pay through TWE or by mailing check or money order. Check/MO is mailed to:

Military Tuition Assistance (TA) forms must be submitted to Cheryl Selwyn email@example.com not later than end of the 1st week of classes.
Employer Tuition Assistance (TA) forms must be submitted to Susan Manthey firstname.lastname@example.org not later than end of the 1st week of classes.
Note: All students filing for VA MUST mark VA as the method of payment. Military tuition assistance and/or employee billing forms must be delivered/mailed to your local Troy University site on or before the date of this registration.
Late Fee - $50.00 late payment fee for all accounts not paid within the 1st four week of each term.
