Troy University is committed to providing exceptional service to students and their families who apply for financial assistance. The Office of Financial Aid offers a variety of services and programs designed to help you find ways to meet the costs of education. We want you to succeed at Troy University.
It is University Policy that no financial aid will disburse to your student account until after the last day of free drop/add.
You may reach the Troy University Call Center where specialists can answer phone inquiries about general or specific financial aid questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-414-5756 or if you would like to submit a helpdesk ticket online go to the Help Desk (http://helpdesk.troy.edu) to submit. The Call Center is staffed by Greenwood and Hall, a company independent of any of our lenders. Troy University has outsourced the Call Center just as the US Department of Education and the VA have outsourced the operation of their Call Centers. Students may also check the status of their financial aid by logging on to Trojan Web Express.
It is the student's responsibility for complying with all requirements necessary to complete the financial aid process. In addition, the Office of Financial Aid is not responsible for the student's financial obligations to Troy University.
