Biography:

Dr. Esmail is currently an adjunct professor in Sociology at Troy University.  He serves as the Proposal Review Lead and on the Publications Committee for the National Association for Multicultural Education.  He serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association for Peace Education.  He served as President of the association in 2010-2011. He senior editor for the Journal of Education and Social Justice and Chief Editor for the International Journal of Leadership, Education , and Business Studies.  He has published various books and articles and presented in areas of Sociology, Criminal Justice, and Educational Leadership.
